Time Flies!!

Hello I'm back!! Time is just flying by!! And of course they haven't started our house yet :( I'm hoping next week the rain stops & the ground dries up so the can start!! Anyway start off with last Saturday morning we had a bridal shower for my soon to be sister Sarah!! She looked beautiful & gots lots of wonderful gifts!! I wish her & Evan the best!! Then after the shower we went home and picked up our neighbor kids and headed to the baymont for the night. We had to cancel Macey's birthday party the last weekend b/c she got sick. So we ended up having it this past Saturday!! We had a total of 7 kids!! Believe it or not it was TONS of fun!! We went swimming, got in the hot pool as Griffen calls it (He's trying to get his Mamaw Catherine to buy one) and we ordered pizza, had cake and ice cream. Then we went to the park and played on Sunday! Well better go Have a great weekend!! Update on Jim he had an MRI today in Indy today (thurs) and the tumor hasn't grown in size but the ring around it parts of it are getting thicker. So Tues. he goes back to Indy for a PET Scan to see if the parts that are getting thicker are cancer or from the treatments. So we will know more next week! Just continue the prayers! Love, Sheena

Hello... Tonight we met with the guy who is making our cabinets!! I'm so excited!! We picked them out & have a few countertops that we are still tossing around but it's coming together!! Now the crew just needs to show up and begin the new addition!! We have one week down so hopefully within 3 more wks they will begin!! Not believing it until i see it!! But i do feel like it is beginning to all come together!! FINALLY!! I also want to remind you that the MARCH OF DIMES walk is going to be held this saturday...Registration begins at 9am and walk at 10am at Eastside park in Washington!! Some Exciting News!!

Just couldn't wait to tell you guys!! We are FINALLY remodeling & adding on to a house across the field from where we live now!! I cannot wait!! We met with the contractor Friday & he said they could start framing it up w/in the next MONTH!!! and we would probably have the basement before that!!! I'm so excited!! Mom & Dad kept the kids last night (sat) so Matt & I could go to bloomington house shopping. We purchased all of our outdoor lights. We've been going over there almost every night trying to do a little something and since it's just right here it's not that hard to run over for a little bit. Yesterday I pushed mowed!! Man, thought i was gonna pass out... It took me like 3-4 hrs! It's an acre but hopefully i can drop some weight doing that!! i better anyways!! Matt went and got a truck load of mulch and we put some on the west side of the house and around the trees. It looks so much better. Well the kids are still at my parents so I think were going to run to Vincennes and do some more house shopping YAY!!! Have a great day!! Sheena

Lots of catching up to do!!

Seems like I think of updating this everyday but i just haven't gotten to it. So lets start with when ND went to semi-state. We went to the game they played a great game! They should be very proud!! I know we are!! We have decided to remodel & add an addition on a house across the field (Matt's Uncles house) from us. We have almost everything planned out! I'm sure lots of it will or can change but for the most part I feel that it's all coming together. We are all so excited!! My kids can't wait to have their own rooms!! And i can't wait to have my bed back :) Grif doesn't have a room so he's been in our bed since he's been our of his crib!! haha!! It will take time I know... So Macey started spring break last friday on Saturday morning we left and drove to Cin. Ohio to CoCo Key Water Resort. We had so much fun & didn't want to come back!! Well I guess that's all for now!! I will keep you all updated on the house project!! He said they could possibly begin within the next month & we could have a basement before that!! YAY!!!
